HAVE THE FLEXIBILITY YOU NEED AND DESERVE Take a plan you like and have it your way, actually with all of our available services, you can have about anything you want, any way you want it! Since some of the plans are available with some options, there may be no additional charges, but necessary for a "REVERSED" plan, Add $ 250.00. If an "OPTIONAL FOUNDATION" plan is necessary, Add $125.00 or additional square footage charges may apply for finished basement layouts. If an option or custom price is not shown or listed, please contact us for more information. THE POSSIBILITIES ARE ENDLESS THE AMOUNT OF TIME NEEDED FOR CUSTOMIZED PLANS MAY VARY FROM TIME TO TIME, BASED ON CURRENT SCHEDULED WORK, AND THE EXTENT OF THE REVISIONS NEEDED. THIS WILL ALL BE DISCUSSED AT THE TIME OF THE CONTRACT FOR ORDER OF SERVICES.
